GENERAL INFORMATION

Annealing - a type of heat treatment of metals and alloys, comprising heating to a certain temperature, aging and then, usually, slow cooling. The purpose of annealing is to eliminate arising in the metal structure during molding, pressure treatment, welding deviations from the equilibrium state, i.e. Returns the crystal structure and homogenization. Annealing is carried out to reduce hardness and enhance treatment ability, improve the structure and achieve uniformity with the elimination of internal stress.

FEATURES OF SHAFT-TYPE FURNACES

  • Temperature control: high precision control of temperature changes, automatic process of heat treatment. The fan is mounted in the bottom of the furnace to ensure stable heat throughout the entire cooking process and maintain a uniform temperature, temperature accuracy is ± 5 degrees Celsius.
  • Source of heating: Electricity.;
  • Protective atmosphere: of ammonia or nitrogen purified protect steel from oxidation, decarbonization, preventing loss metal;
  • Capacity: 8 ~ 36 tons, takes slight party wire (≤ 10 t / party);
  • Easy to use and install: the cover of the furnace is equipped with a pneumatic device opening and closing.

  1. Temperature control: twenty-stage program and logic Controller include 19 configurations and can accurately and completely control the temperature. Durable inner coating furnace provides high-quality thermal insulation. High heating and cooling rates are achieved due to excellent thermal insulation properties of the ceramic fibers and conductivity.

Application:

It is used for the continuous bright annealing of stainless steel wire and wire for special purposes, etching followed by tempering, annealing, high-carbon steel wire, piano, spring steel wire, surface preparation for low- / high-carbon steel wire galvanizing process.

 

Features:

  • Uniform temperature control: maintain a uniform temperature level.
